On FondMart, we charge the shipping cost and the product cost separately, which is different from Aliexpress.

For products on Aliexpress, the supplier has added the shipping cost to the product cost already, but Fondmart suppliers do not add any shipping cost to product cost. So we should charge the shipping fee for all orders.

If you have your own shipping method, we can ship orders with your own shipping method. When you place orders, please kindly choose self-shipping method.

For example, if you have your own DHL account, we can ship orders with your own account, and no need to pay for the shipping fee to us.

If you have your own shipping agent, you can also ask your shipping agent to collect the parcel at our warehouse directly.
